Hotel Policies

• If canceled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled later, 1 night will be charged. In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

• Non refundable offers: If the reservation is modified or canceled the total price of the reservation will be charged.

• Customers wishing to pay by credit / debit card will be charged a bankers fee of 5% charge
• All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Older children or adults are charged GBP 30 per night per person for extra beds.
• Children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
• Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
